Atal is a Polish property development company specialising in the construction and sale of apartments. It operates on the real estate market in Poland's largest cities, offering a wide range of residential investments.
By the end of 2024, Atal intends to launch 3,000 flats on the market. The company expects that the average annual gross margin to be slightly lower than Q1's 31%, but to remain above 25%. In Q1 2024, the gross margin was 31.2%. To date, Atal has sold 1,400 flats and concluded 730 development agreements.
There is anticipation in the market for the launch of the #naStart support programme, which may affect sales. Atal is planning further land purchases worth around PLN 300m and is considering a bond issue in the second half of 2024. In February and April, the company redeemed PLN 163m of bonds.
