GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Privacy Policy informs about the purposes, grounds and methods of processing of https://companyvalueradar.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") Users’ personal data by SWGK Consulting Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań and about the Users' rights regarding the processing of their personal data.
  2. The processing of personal data means all activities performed on personal data, in particular their collection, persistance, storage, downloading, browsing, use, transmission, deletion or destruction.

BASIC INFORMATION

  1. The administrator of the personal data submitted by the User in the CompanyValueRadar service ("Service") is SWGK Consulting Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań, at Wojskowa 4 Street, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the number 0000378912, e-mail: biuro@swgk.pl, phone number +48 (61) 866 68 21 ("Company").
  2. The following shall be subject to processing:
    1. personal data provided to the Company by the User in the process of verification of the User's code, enabling the use of the tool ("CVR") made available on the Website or as a result of contact between the User and the Company (message sent by the User to the e-mail address or to the address of the Company's registered office given on the Website),
    2. personal data collected by the Company through the use of cookies and other similar technologies,
    3. personal data provided to the Company by the User for marketing purposes, carried out, among others, by recording the results of the valuation performed by the User with the use of the CVR in a written report and transmitting the aforementioned report to the email address provided after the User gives his consent to the processing of personal data for the Company's marketing purposes.
  3. The personal data entered by the User in the Service are processed in order to:
    1. to verify the User (exclusion of so-called "bots") or/and
    2. in order to provide a report with the results developed using the CVR tool,

depending on the content of the consents expressed by the User.

  1. The basis for the processing of personal data is:
    1. the User's consent in terms of verification of the User's authorization code
    2. User’s consent to the use of his/her e-mail address for marketing purposes, including the transmission of the report of the valuation carried out using the CVR tool; and
    3. User's consent to the use of cookies and other analytical tools, expressed by accepting the terms of use of the Website,

Moreover, the basis for the implementation of the processing of personal data may be:

  1. the fulfilment of a legal obligation imposed on the Company, i.e. in particular the transfer of personal data and information on their processing to the competent state authorities, including law enforcement authorities.
  1. The User's personal data will be stored:
    1. until the moment of revoking the consent for the verification of the User's code or for marketing purposes, as well as for the period of limitation of possible claims resulting from the processing of the User's personal data, calculated from the moment of revoking each of the consents above,
    2. until the moment of fulfilment of the legal obligation imposed on the Company, in particular the moment of exhaustion of the enquiries of relevant state authorities, including law enforcement authorities.
  2. The consent is revoked by the User of the Service via sending an e-mail to kontakt@companyvalueradar.com stating "I revoke the consent for verification purposes" or "I revoke the consent given for marketing purposes", depending on which consent was previously given by the User. The User acknowledges that it is not possible to revoke consent not previously given by the User.
  3. Personal data of Users will be passed on to the following categories of recipients: entities with capital ties to the Company, supplier of the Website and related infrastructure.
  4. Personal data of Users shall not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
  5. The provision of personal data by the User is voluntary, but in the absence of this provision, it will not be possible to use the CVR tool and, in case of consent for marketing purposes, to transmit a report with the written results of the valuation carried out using the CVR.

 

USERS' RIGHTS RELATED TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

  1. The User has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing and the right to personal data portability, with the provison that the right to personal data portability applies only to data processed solely by automated means.
  2. Where the processing of the User's personal data is based on the User's consent, the User may revoke consent at any time, without prejudice to the processing of personal data prior to the revocation of consent.
  3. In the event of a breach of the User's personal data, the User has the right to file a complaint to the competent supervisory authority.
  4. The demand to exercise the rights referred to in paragraphs 1-2 above shall be sent by the User to the following e-mail address: kontakt@companyvalueradar.com.

 

PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

  1. The processing of Users' data shall be carried out in accordance with the principles of adequacy, purposefulness and minimalism, to the extent necessary for the proper functioning of the Site, including the improvement of its functionality, proper licensing and provision of electronic services, and in order to duly protect the rights and interests of the Company and the Users.
  2. The Company shall make its best efforts to ensure that the processed data are substantively correct and up-to-date. Substantive correctness and timeliness of the data depends largely on the Users. Users shall immediately inform the Company of any changes regarding their data.
  3. The processing of Users' data is carried out with the utmost care for its safety, with appropriate organisational and technical measures. Due to the development of modern technologies and the possibility of third parties taking illegal actions, harming the interests of the Users, it is not possible to ensure complete security and inviolability and integrity of the data. Users are aware of these risks and accept them.

 

COOKIES

  1. The Company uses cookies.
  2. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, stored on the Users' devices and intended for use on the websites. These files allow you to recognize your device and appropriately display a website tailored to your individual preferences. Default parameters of cookies allow to read the information contained therein only to the server that created them. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time of storage on the terminal device and a unique number.
  3. Cookies are used to adapt the content of a website to the User's preferences, as well as to optimise the website. In addition, cookies are used to create anonymous, aggregate statistics that allow to check how the User uses the website, which gives the possibility to improve the content and structure of the Portal, excluding the personal identification of the User.
  4. The software used to browse the website allows cookies to be placed on the terminal device by default. These settings can be changed to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of the web browser or inform on their sending to the user's device each time.   5. With regard to the time of their storage on the User's device, the following can be distinguished:
  6. Temporary cookies - so-called first part cookie, placed for the duration of the use of the browser - session, they are deleted when the browser is closed,
  7. External cookies - so-called third part cookies, placed by external entities whose website components have been called up by the website.
  8. Data is collected using cookies solely for the purpose of performing certain functions for the User. The data is encrypted so that unauthorised persons cannot access it.

CHANGE OF DATA SECURITY POLICY

  1. The Company has the right to amend the Privacy Policy on condition that the amendments are made with the utmost care for the security of the personal data processed, in particular by applying technical and organisational safeguards adequate to the data security risks identified by the Company.
  2. The User shall be obliged to familiarize himself/herself with changed Privacy Policy.
