Mostostal Krakow, a Budimex Group company, intends to take control of the company Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjno-Usługowo-Handlowe "Konstalex." In addition, Budimex wants to set up a company still in the first quarter to operate in the renewable energy segment.
