Santander Biuro Maklerskie has announced that the Ciech Group will be delisted from the Warsaw Stock Exchange by KI Chemistry, the owner of over 51% of shares.
KULCZYK INVESTMENTS S.A. subsidiary, KI Chemistry, intends to initiate the sale of the remaining 25,747,857 shares of Ciech Group at a price of PLN 49 per share.
KI Chemistry believes that operating as a private entity will provide the necessary level of flexibility to respond to changes in the economic environment effectively.
