Property developer Develia has reported the highest profit in the history of its operations.
Develia's revenues in the fourth quarter amounted to PLN 747.6 million and operating profit to PLN 214.7 million, compared to PLN 315.6 million in revenues and PLN 155.6 million in EBIT in the same period a year ago. Contributing to these high results is the finalization of the sale of the Sky Tower complex in Wroclaw for EUR 82.4 million.
In addition, the company will issue bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 180 million.
