The Management Board of Dom Development has decided on its intention to pay an advance dividend for 2023 in the amount of PLN 141,341,321, which means that each share will be worth PLN 5.50.
In H1 2023, Dom Development reported consolidated sales revenues of PLN 1,274,517 thousand, down 4% year-on-year. Gross profit in H1 2023 decreased by 2% year-on-year. In H1 2023, the Group handed over 1,998 units, compared to 2,178 units handed over in H1 2022.
