The Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) has announced that Grupa LOTOS S.A. will be delisted after the session of 3 August!!

It will be replaced in the WIG20 and WIG20TR indices by Grupa Kęty SA.
The operation results from the merger of Grupa LOTOS S.A. with PKN ORLEN S.A.. 

Grupa Kęty SA will be replaced by BNP Paribas in the mWIG40 and mWIG40TR indices, while Votum will take its place in the sWIG80 and sWIG80TR indices.
