The Management Board of Grupa Kęty recommends allocating PLN 603.1 million from 2022 profit to dividends, or PLN 62.50 dividend per share, the company said in a press release.
Kęty Group had in 2022. PLN 5.93 billion consolidated sales revenue, PLN 1.03 billion EBITDA, PLN 865.2 million EBIT and PLN 678.4 million net profit.
The proposed dividend date is 22 August 2023, while the dividend payment would be made in two tranches: 6 September 2023 in the amount of PLN 20 per share and 8 November 2023 in the amount of PLN 42.50 per share.
