Cyprus-based Namsen Limited has announced a delisting tender offer to sell 52,057,219 shares in Kernel Holding at a price of PLN 18.5 apiece, according to Trigon Dom Maklerski, an intermediary in the tender offer.
The problem is that it proposed a price lower than the market price. On Friday, March 8, at the close, the share price was PLN 18.68, and in recent years it reached its minimum in October 2022, when it fell to PLN 15.50. The price of the proposed tender offer is therefore 19.35 percent higher than the several-year low, but lower than the current market price.
Today we present the valuation of Kernel, prepared by companyvalueradar.com
