Grupa MURAPOL announced in a press release that the price of Grupa MURAPOL shares in its public offering of shares has been set at PLN 33 per share. After increasing the offering due to strong demand, the final number of shares offered is 12,240,000 (including 1,224,000 stabilization shares), representing 30 percent of the company's share capital.
Allocation of the offered shares is scheduled for December 13. The day of the first listing of Grupa MURAPOL's shares on the WSE is expected to be around December 15.
