Voxel's board of directors is recommending that PLN 17.3 million from net profit for 2022 and PLN 5.5 million from retained earnings from previous years be allocated to dividends, which would result in a dividend payment of PLN 2.17 per share, the company said in a press release.
In Q1/Q2/Q3/Q4 2022, Voxel conducted 72k (+20% y/y)/ 76k (+15% y/y)/ 77k (+4% y/y)/ 82k (+12% y/y) diagnostic tests. Analysts at DM BOŚ expect 87 thousand medical tests in Q1 of this year (+20 percent y/y). The analysts anticipate a sustained high demand for MRI, CT, and SPECT diagnostics. Additionally, they project 17 thousand examinations to be performed by MRI Powiśle and Scanix (+4 percent y/y).
