Komputronik has concluded an agreement with Wirtualna Polska Media to sell all of its shares in Benchmark, representing 80 percent of its share capital.
The sale price of the shares by Komputronik was set at around PLN 11.3 million.
In addition, Wirtualna Polska bought the Szallas Group, which operates the country's largest travel portals enabling accommodation bookings in Hungary, the Czech Republic, Romania, Poland and Croatia.
The transaction is worth €72 million, plus net cash in the company in the estimated amount of about €10 million, bringing the total to €82 million.
