August 1, 2023. Grupa Archicom has announced the acquisition of residential development projects, a team of employees and a land bank from Grupa Echo Investment. The General Meetings of Shareholders of both companies approved the merger of the residential business. In exchange for a non-cash contribution in the form of an organized part of the enterprise covering the residential segment, Grupa Echo Investment will acquire 22,825,700 new shares in Grupa Archicom at an issue price of PLN 36.34.

Tencent Holdings, intends to acquire about 67 percent of the shares of game developer Techland.

In Q1 2023, the Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa SA generated sales revenue of PLN 4.5 billion, which was 9.6% lower than in the same period last year. At the same time, JSW recorded a consolidated net profit of PLN 1.3 billion attributable to the shareholders of the parent company in Q1 2023, compared to PLN 1.8 billion in the same period last year.

In Q1 2023, the Sniezka Group generated sales revenues of PLN 201.4 million, which is 6.1% higher than the same period last year. At the same time, Sniezka recorded a consolidated net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company of PLN 16.31 million in Q1 2023, compared to a profit of PLN 11.1 million in the previous year.

As announced in a press release, Dr. Irena Eris' board of directors, together with the sellers of the shares, have decided to cancel the public offering due to unfavorable market conditions.

Ferro Group reported a net profit of PLN 17.5 million for the parent company in the first quarter of 2023, compared to PLN 21.4 million profit a year earlier.

Voxel's board of directors is recommending that PLN 17.3 million from net profit for 2022 and PLN 5.5 million from retained earnings from previous years be allocated to dividends, which would result in a dividend payment of PLN 2.17 per share, the company said in a press release.

Mo-Bruk had PLN 19.6 million in net profit, PLN 23.9 million in EBIT, PLN 25.8 million in EBITDA, and PLN 55.1 million in revenue in the first quarter of 2023. A year ago, Mo-Bruk had PLN 49.6 million in revenue, PLN 24.7 million in EBITDA, PLN 23.3 million in EBIT, and PLN 18.9 million in net profit.

As indicated in the press release, the Group's financial performance is the result of organic growth in two key segments - cyber_Folks, CPaaS and the successful acquisition of MailerLite in mid-2022. The R22 Group is not currently considering acquisitions, instead it wants to focus on developing the aforementioned projects.

At the end of March, CEO Jacek Rutkowski reported that Amica was leaning toward not paying a dividend for 2022.                                                                                                                                     

The company reported a consolidated net loss of PLN 8.1 million attributable to shareholders of the parent company in 2022, compared to a profit of PLN 111.7 million a year earlier.
