The Management Board of Firma Oponiarska Debica S.A. on February 22 made public information on preliminary selected results for 2023. Debica estimates that in 2023 it had a net profit of PLN 196.3 million and revenue of PLN 2.99 billion. Final results for 2023 are due on April 25, 2024.
 

Orange Polska presented its fourth quarter figures and preliminary figures for 2023 on February 14. In the fourth quarter, Orange Polska generated PLN 753 million in EBITDA after leasing costs, 2.3 percent more than a year ago. For the year, EBITDA after leasing costs amounted to PLN 3,179 million, up 3.3 percent year-on-year. For 2024, the company forecasts low single-digit growth in EBITDAaL and revenue.

Lubawa SA Management Board on February 7 announced the Company's estimated standalone financial results for 2023. Lubawa SA standalone estimated sales revenue amounted to PLN 154.1 million, compared to PLN 70.4 million in 2022, an increase of PLN 83.7 million, or 118.9%. Unconsolidated estimated net profit on sales amounted to PLN 33.7 million, compared to PLN 3.5 million profit in 2022, an increase of PLN 30.2 million. Unconsolidated estimated net profit was PLN 17.0 million, compared to PLN 0.4 million profit in 2022, an increase of PLN 16.6 million.

Monnari Group has released estimates for Q4. According to them, the Group's revenue in Q4 2023 was about PLN 91.9 million, up 0.9 percent year-on-year. Cumulatively, for the whole of 2023, revenues are estimated at PLN 302 million, up 7.3 percent year-on-year.

Bloober Team SA is the first company to debut on the WSE's main market. The company moved its listing from NewConnect to the WSE's main market on January 10, 2024. Series A, B, C, D and E shares were traded. The move from NewConnect was not accompanied by an issue.

Comp S.A. has updated its strategy, assuming an increase in estimated EBITDA to around PLN 110 million.

According to Inter Cars S.A. monthly revenue announcement, it achieved consolidated revenue of PLN 1,693 million in November, up 9.9% from November 2022. Cumulative revenue for 11 months of 2023 is PLN 16,367.3 million, up 20.1% from January to November 2022.

Grupa MURAPOL announced in a press release that the price of Grupa MURAPOL shares in its public offering of shares has been set at PLN 33 per share. After increasing the offering due to strong demand, the final number of shares offered is 12,240,000 (including 1,224,000 stabilization shares), representing 30 percent of the company's share capital.

BoomBit has reported its results and achievements for the third quarter of 2023. For the first three quarters, the Group generated revenue of PLN 183.5 million, down 17% year-on-year. In addition to more than PLN 180.1 million in gaming revenue, BoomBit Group reported blockchain segment revenue of PLN 3.4 million, consisting of PLN 2.3 million in revenue generated by PlayEmber and PLN1.1 million in NFT revenue generated by BoomLand.

On November 21, Dino Polska S.A. announced that the Company learned from the shareholders of eZebra.pl sp. z o.o. that on November 20, 2023, the District Court in Lublin, 1st Civil Division, issued a decision granting security for the applicant's claim that the Preliminary Conditional Share Purchase Agreement and Shareholders' Agreement, concluded by the Company with eZebra and its shareholders on October 17, 2023, is ineffective against the applicant.
