Budimex has broken through the psychological barrier of PLN 300 per share on the Warsaw Stock Exchange! 

Cyprus-based Namsen Limited has announced a delisting tender offer to sell 52,057,219 shares in Kernel Holding at a price of PLN 18.5 apiece, according to Trigon Dom Maklerski, an intermediary in the tender offer.
